These guys were accommodating, understanding and fixed issues asap with full accountability if anything happened on their behalf. I’ll forever rent from here before I rent anywhere else. I live in Niagara Falls and that office is so trash.

This review is mostly about the great customer service provided by Afifa Oyfa who scores 11/10! The car issue I had dropped my rating of the location, but mechanical things happen to cars sometimes. When I returned the rental and Afifa heard about the car trouble and the problem I had with getting the first car swapped out in Rochester she jumped right in to make amends. Afifa is very professional, very friendly and is a TREMENDOUS ASSET to Enterprise. If Afifa sees this review: I hope you had a great trip and the foliage was as beautiful as I described to you. Thank you for your help!

Despite my delay and having to return home for my driver's license, they remained professional and accommodating without a single complaint.
