I appreciate that I can send my girlfriend here alone and not have to worry about them trying to rip her off or upcharge her on something unnecessary, and she feels the same way.

The staff were vague, saying they have “all major brands” depending on tire size. They installed an unfamiliar, lower-tier budget brand. While the tires may be functional, I expected better quality for the price I paid. I was also charged a tire disposal/waste tire fee, even though I offered to handle it myself and was told I would not be charged. My old tires were not returned, and the fee appeared on my receipt even though the quote didn’t include it. My car was finished at closing and there was no time to question why my tires were not returned. Lack of transparency left me disappointed. Make sure to confirm all details in writing before using this shop. I feel ripped off.

Larry, Tom and other staff have always been professional, thorough and honest. I trust their judgment and integrity, and I am always happy with their service. I have just about everything under the sun repaired: Tires, brakes, rotors, battery, ac recharge, transmission line, oxygen sensor, evap pump and sensor, gas cap, mufflers, oil change, yearly inspection, etc. I know that with their continued service my car is going to last for a long time.
