  Good service. All the staffs are nice even at night time. Wide selections of cars and they are very clean and comfortable. With corporate account, $70 a day total is the cheapest option, pretty good deal. There are toll around the area. There is a $10 service fee on top of the toll that you have pay, unless you have a E-Zpass transponder This location is the easiest to find among all the airports—just walk across the departure road, and it is right in front of you in the parking garage.

  The customer service at the Albany Airport location is the BEST! It’s always consistent and it’s always a pleasure when I arrive for my pick up.

  This was my first National experience and it was lovely! The guy in Albany thanked me for my business and shook my hand. I had to change my rental twice and it was super easy to do over the phone. The last few times I've rented with Hertz, it's been awful. I think National will be my go to from now on! Thanks again!

  We were very pleased wth this experience of National Car rental. From initial contact to pick up and return every detail was perfect! We did not have a single issue with vehicle in any form or fashion. We were very satisfied!!
