  Omg! Worst experience ever! I went in to get a slow leak looked at since the tire I bought from them in September was still insured. I got checked in and after sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours, the guy at the desk asked me if I was checked in and I said yes. He asked me "who checked you in?" To which i responded "um, you did?!" I asked him if they could fix my tire and he said yes. They found a small roofers nail and plugged the hole. I drove home and around midnight I noticed my tire was completely flat. I had to call roadside assistance to put on the spare for me so I could make it to my early morning doctor appointment the next day. I drove my car back the next day and asked them to just replace the tire. They charged me $75 even though they couldnt patch a small hole in a tire the day before and wasted a whole other day. All of my interior lights came on during this including check engine and when I brought it up, they said it had nothing to do with them. They also scratched the hell out of my rim trying to get the tire bolts off. I paid the money and literally ran out of there.

  Horrible experience with Monro as a whole. Price gouged me for a repair they didn’t even do. I found out months later when the axle actually did break and the shop removed the original factory axle even though I paid monro $1200 to do so. They lied repeatedly to me at the shop and Theresa Griffith from the corporate office. DONT TRUST MONRO!

  Needed to go in to fix a flat and get my state inspection, ended up needing to get some new tires and alignment in order to pass and Tony hooked it up for me to make it better financially too. Can’t recommend him and the rest of the guys here enough, they always do great, fast work and I’ll continue to come here.

  They failed my car because I did not have adequate rear brakes and rotors. The report said the left front wheel was taken off to examine. But the REAR brakes were in adequate without examination? I go there tomorrow for a repair estimate of rear deficiencies. Maybe I should go to Firestone to see what they say.

  My experience at Monro Auto Service and Tire Center left me extremely frustrated. After getting a flat tire on Monday morning, called them to make an appointment. I needed to purchase a tire, and I also asked them to replace my snow tires with my regular tires (that I already owned and brought to the center). I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time, with my regular tires, which I was told to leave in the lobby. They said they'd call me when they were done (they estimated about an hour), so I got a ride from someone so I could grab some lunch and continue my work day. About an hour later, I got a call saying I needed to come back and look at my car because they had concerns. I went back and took a look. I thanked the technician for the information and said I would follow up with my regular mechanic, that today I just needed to have the tires put on and so I could be on my way and get back to work. I asked how long it would take, and they said 10 to 15 minutes. I ran a 10-minute errand, then returned to Monro, expecting my car to be done or nearly done. It was then that I noticed the tires I'd brought were still sitting in the lobby. My car was still up on the lift, without tires. I watched the technicians walk around, work on other cars that had gotten there after mine, and occasionally do something to mine. They kept telling me it would be done soon. OVER AN HOUR after they told me 10 more minutes, my car was finally done. Except it's not done, or at least not done well. Driving around now, I feel the car severely pulling to the left, meaning that I'm going to to have to spend more money to actually get the job done the right way somewhere else. Not sure why I paid them for the "alignment check," "rotation," or "balancing," since my tires are now more out of alignment than they were when I brought it in. I will NOT be returning to this place, and I do not recommend their services. I needed a quick fix so that I could get back to my work day, and instead they jerked me around, wasted my time, and left me worse off.
