  This review is for the enterprise at 900 Central Ave in Albany, NY. If I could give these guys more stars i would. The professionalism of all the staff members there were top level. Very friendly and many of them to help out during busy times. All of them were super friendly and very knowledgeable. They made it very easy for me to rent from them wich I have multiple times. Honestly I would not go anywhere else but to these guys. I want to thank them for being kind as I was renting due to my car breaking down during a medical crisis with a family member. Thank you!!!

  I have no complaints rveryone in enterprise is helpful respectful they take they time to answers questions in help you get into the best vehicle as possible with the best rates.I would recommend them to anyone.All of my experiences renting a car from there was wonderful no complaints 👍

  Call first if using debit instead of credit to pay for rental. There are several more hoops to jump through if you are and you may end up arriving unprepared. Otherwise, Enterprise is a pretty good deal.

  The price was unbeatable and I was able to choose from a good selection of vehicles. The car was clean like it was brand new and it smelled so good!!

  Very bad experience with Enterprise. I went to rent a car, but they refused my rental because they claim that 4 years ago some driver connected to my company scratched a vehicle somewhere. I was never notified about this incident and never received any bill or notice. Now suddenly they say I must pay $1,500 because the insurance supposedly didn’t pay, even though I had no knowledge of this situation. Because of this they refused to rent me a car today. It feels very unfair and unprofessional to bring up a claim from years ago that I was never informed about. Very disappointing service. I would not recommend this location
