    Took my car in just after 11am today. Spent a fortune entertaining my kids at the mall while my car was supposedly getting serviced. Call at 2:20, they say oh yeah it’s next to come in. Still no call back so I go back at 5:11 and the car is exact where I parked it, how I parked it.

    Spoke with Mike and he scheduled an appointment at 7a… the shop doesn’t open till 7:30a on Tuesdays. People opening the store had no idea what they were doing couldn’t even run the register.
