Ohh i also love the pay later or pay tomorrow option, so if you short of cash they definitely will give you room to figure stuff out. - TOthomas OwusuDec 28, 20251.0Worst experience ever, will not recommend to any one. If I could give even negative I would have. Poor customer service n no regards to your time. I had appointment at 4pm on 12/27/2025. Got to the shop n packed my car at 3:58pm. I was attended to around 4:20 only to be told that they have to reschedule me the next day. I told the staff that I’m not doing a walk in , I have a scheduled appointment. Before I was even attended to, the staff at the counter even tried attending to someone who arrived 17mins after I arrived at the shop. I asked him to please let me talk to the manager, he told me the manager will say the same thing. I insisted he calls the manager , the manager refused to come talk to me. The staff went back in, came back to tell me they have to reschedule my appointment to the next day. I left n will never go back there,. Just a mere curtesy “sorry we are experiencing delays, can we schedule you tomorrow or any other convenient day” would have just save the day. But I guess they don’t care for your service.
