They had two different size tires on my rear axle. Then I went to the location further down on central and it was absolute pandemonium. They couldn’t refund me for the previous day yet so I paid more than 1200 dollars for 7 tires; 3 I didn’t need. And to top it off, they forgot my valve caps right after and a lug nut was stripped so I have to go back now. Managers were decent guys but never ever again, I honestly want a FULL refund since you forgot my lug nut and my valve caps and it’s gonna mess up paying my credit card so big NO

His staff AND customers are happy with the service they receive. I live .10 miles from the colonie monro but drive to Albany for the service I get there!!! Tony and his crew deserve more than 5 stars. I could go on for hrs about my positive experiences with this location but TRUST me, it the place to bring your vehicle for fair and honest service.
