I had left work early to stop in and get an oil change before picking my child up from daycare. A 15 minute oil change was advertised and I ended up being there from 2:15 pm until 3.50 pm. This business needs to be cited for false advertising.

According to the guy I spoke with (which refused to give his name and refused to assist with the service) as I asked him for his name only said that “his name was on the door” (Keith Revette) the “manager” very rude and does not have any customer service skills definitely does not belong doing the job as he looked miserable assisting customers. I’ve come to this locating plenty of times never had this experience before never seen him before. However, I would NOT recommend this location moving forward. 1 bad experience springs a multitude of issues to come with this location. On the other hand the location in Latham the manager (Aiden Sulkey) has the proper manager skills to run a shop. Have not been at the location and the experience there totally changed my perspective on jiffy lube and the experience I had earlier in the day. Customer beware!!!

Which I did went nex door to Autozone bought a scrapper and stripped off tint with my glass cleaner. I returned and informed my Tech My drivers side window is clean and should pass my inspection. He was excellent help to let get home.
