  This is my second experience at Colby Body & Fender Works and both have been amazing. The first time, I was recommended to go here when my last vehicle was dinged in a parking lot. They were able to pop the dings, fix the paint, and you could not even tell it was repaired. This time, I scuffed and dented the rear bumper on my brand new, 3 day old truck, while backing in a trailer. I was so happy with my last experience I went straight back to this shop without even considering a second opinion. I told them I was paying out of pocket and they cut me a good deal. I dropped my truck off and a day and a half later they replaced and painted a new bumper for a reasonable price. The truck looks brand new again. The quality of their work and their customer service is amazing. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and Clint was absolutely excellent to work with.

  Stop searching and give Colby Body & Fender Works a try. Seriously you will not be disappointed - the customer service, the work, and overall friendly demeanor are top notch. Clint, Diedra and John were great. They are now my go to shop, word of mouth is the best marketing and they now have me as their newest evangelist.

  Auto body shops either work for the customers or for the insurance companies. The shops that low ball work for the insurance companies get their referrals, and they become their preferred "partners". Think about it, are the insurance companies going to refer you to the places that do best jobs ( most expensive)? Of course not. The quote that I got from Colby was nearly 1/3 of the reimbursement that I got elsewhere. Colby wanted me to pay for half of the accident. LMAO. Wow. It was like dickering with the insurance adjuster at Progressive.
