Temperatures felt like sub zero the day we picked up the vehicle, and he offered to go and retrieve the vehicle for us and make sure it was nice and warm inside for our departure. Brogan helped us with the drop off process, asked how our experience was and was very apologetic for all of the salt on the car during our pick up- it’s winter in New York- it’s inevitable so we weren’t bothered by it at all! Both employees were very kind and helpful through each step of the process. I would highly recommend and will use this location again in the future when needed.
