  My car shopping experience with the salesman Billy at Destination Nissan on Central Ave. was stellar. He has a knack of making the car feel like its yours and showing me how to link things on the car when I had questions after my test drive with my husband. From sales, to working out the deal with Justin was exceptional. Along with meeting the Service Manager Andrew and the Sales Manager Terrance, all kept eye contact with me, the customer. They weren't distracted by anything else and genuinely wanted my husband and I happy. We got an excellent deal on my 2026 Kicks SR Premium, my first Nissan. While our deal was in progress, another gentleman came over to me to ask if I was getting a car and inquired which one. He told me this is his 6th purchase of a Nissan Rogue from here and I wouldnt find a better place. It was reassuring to hear. I will post an update after I'm able to drive the Kicks for awhile. Also, by trade, I'm a Secret Shopper for the past 35 years and it is through this lens that I can honestly recommend Destination Nissan for your car shopping needs. Be prepared for something special.

  After doing some research on customer experience and product selection I chose Destination Nissan as the match for my purchase. From my appointment setup to the welcome I received from the staff when I arrived I knew I made the right choice. I was partnered with Billy as my salesperson who took the time to listen to what my needs, wants and purpose were in making my purchase. I already had in mind what model of vehicle I wanted and he explained to me the features each came with. When I settled on a choice we went for a test drive where he deeper explained the vehicle's functions which I truly appreciated. Upon our return the General Manager Jeff came over and thanked me for stopping in and asked what I thought about the vehicle I took for a test drive. Gianni made the financing experience very seamless and was very patient with answering all the questions I had. My personal shopping experience was a five star experience, but what stood out most for me was how the staff interacted with each other in a respectful, friendly and communal way, that kind of environment speaks volumes. I am glad I chose Destination Nissan for my purchase and my new car is simply amazing!

  I had a great experience with this dealership from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, easy, and honestly way less stressful than I expected when buying a car. Communication was excellent throughout, I always felt informed and never felt pressured at any point. I especially want to give a shoutout to Mohammed in sales. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I was comfortable with every step, and really went above and beyond to make the experience a positive one. Overall, the team here made the whole process seamless and efficient. If you’re looking for a dealership that values customer service and makes things easy, I would definitely recommend checking them out. Thanks again for such a great experience!

  I went to Destination Nissan looking for an affordable AWD vehicle. I was thinking of getting a Kicks but I wasn't sure. I was greeted by a warm friendly gentleman, David Ramon. He was informative and professional. He sold me on the Kicks with a great test drive, while he filled me in on all the options that were provided in the vehicle. I wanted something a little special and he found the perfect one. I love it and the experience with David (talking about baseball and other stuff). Then the experience was topped off with Gianni Leto, The Business Manager. He treated me like an old friend of the dealership and made me an incredible deal. Thank You to DAVID AND GIANNI, they both made my experience memorable. I would highly recommend this dealership especially if you're not sure what you want. They will find the vehicle for you!
