    Just have to say, I'm 60 years old and I don't write reviews. But I was a witness (along with several people and employees) to the incident in the review below mine. The woman behind the counter stayed calm and handled the situation very well. Which is why I came here to write something, I actually wanted to commend her for keeping her cool in that situation. The two girls at the counter were downright rude and acted like entitled brats. Their version of events is not true. They absolutely were causing a scene, a temper tantrum if you will. I come to this store frequently and never have problems. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I have dealt with the employee who's character is being questioned on several occasions and she is always friendly, accommodating, and super knowledgeable. I usually skip by everyone and go right to her if she's available. I saw the whole thing go down because I was waiting to speak with her, which I didn't even get a chance to because the two girls were being downright disrespectful. Their review should be removed, and if not, then it should taken with a grain of salt because that's not how her version of events TRULY happened.

    I went to autozone about 3 weeks ago and bought front and back brakes using a commercial discount. They gave me the wrong back ones which i returned that day and then they sent me to the autozone on Central ave to pick up the back brakes. I then totaled my car before I was able to change the brakes. I went back today to return and get a refund and the lady that helped us (Krista) at commercial was rude and meanly toned tried telling me you can’t return using a commercial discount. I then showed her I had a receipt from a return I did the first time I was there which were the wrong brakes. She did not believe that I was authorized to use the commercial account although i had already purchased AND returned items from there on that account. She at one point told my sister and I “there’s nothing i can do for you” in a rude tone. After we argued back for the refund, She then went out of her way and tried to contact the owner of the account for about 10 minutes after he gave permission that I was authorized to use the account. She then said my sister and I were causing a scene because she was not giving him the full name on the phone and correct information then said “they are causing a scene i have to hang up” and hung up the phone. When I originally went there, a young man helped me which was on break the time i went today. Krista, the lady I delt with said he was not even trained for commercial and he shouldn’t have gave the return to begin with last time. I nicely told her that was not my fault and that it did not make sense for her to not fully refund me when it was a mistake on their part to begin with. I was never told to begin with that returning would be such an issue. The young man said if i had anymore problems i could come back and return them. Which obviously isn’t true after my experience today. Finally i got the return but the attitude and unpleasant experience my sister and I had with Krista was absurd after just totaling my car and trying to return the parts previous bought for it, not opened and still fully packaged. I am more mad at the fact we received that kind of service after I have just been in an accident and she had no care but to be rude. The brutal service from Krista was ridiculous and unpleasant considering this situation. I hope no one has to deal with the rudeness as i did today. Not to mention the only reason she gave me the refund after her boss said no was because she was “done dealing with us” !!!

    I was stranded a mile away. The manager? Let a worker (I’m sorry I forgot your name) come help me put a new battery in. A big thanks to both of them for saving the day!
