  Five stars, mainly for Kieran's help! We were unlucky enough to be given an ashtray when we picked up our first car in Philadelphia. Unable to drive it the entire week we were told by a representative on the corporate number there would be plenty of mid-size AWD options to swap with in Albany. When we showed up, there were no cars matching this description from the incoming storm creating higher demand. Kieran was patient as we weighed our options between the two remaining cars and he ended up providing us with a Kia minivan that had only been used once before! Thank you again Kieran!

  Had the BEST customer service experience at both pick up AND drop off at ALB airport!! Kindest people greeted us and handled everything so we could be on our way. I was so appreciative, esp b/c our flight landed after midnight. Great customer service!
