  Destination Nissan and David Ramos were great to work with. David took his time showing me the cars I was interested in. Asked good questions. And was extremely personable, he was so great when it came to the human aspect of customer service. They were willing to work with me within my budget and I felt very taken care of through the whole financial process with Gianni. Not always what you can say when buying a vehicle. The appointments and process took a little longer than anticipated which is the only reason I went to 4 stars, but I do recommend you take the time and visit Destination Nissan if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

  I recently purchased a Nissan kicks from destination Nissan. When I went there, I had no intentions of buying a car, but was waited on by a sales consultant by the name of Samara Thompson. She was lovely by the end of the conversation I had I was purchasing my new Nissan kicks. She was knowledgeable. Most of all she was not pushy at all. She was informative allowed me to ask questions answered all the questions I had and managed to get me an absolutely great deal two years when I trade my car and I’ll go back and I’ll see Samara I was very impressed with her, She made purchasing a car a very, very easy thing. Thank you Samara love my car, and you were fantastic!

  Jeff McCarthy was a pleasure to work with. He collaborated closely with our salesperson to secure the best possible deal within our budget. He also checked in with us multiple times, keeping us informed and ensuring everything stayed on track throughout the process. Our salesperson, Coby Williams, was excellent as well. We never felt pressured or misled, he was upfront, honest, and easy to work with. Thanks to their efforts, we felt confident in our decision and ultimately purchased our vehicle. This was the best car-buying experience we’ve had at Destination Nissan, and we will definitely be back.

  I brought my truck in for an oil change and alignment check. Steering wheel was off since day one when I bought truck with 6 miles on it. I asked the dealer I bought it from to address it multiple times and after each time they said it was within spec. Pulled in to Destination for my next oil change and asked them to check alignment because the steering wheel was still off center. They could notice as I pulled in that alignment was off. They di an alignment which finally centered my wheel. I appreciate them delivering a solution to my issue. It took longer than I expected but it was finally resolved. The only thing I would complain about after this visit is that it did not appear that the truck was washed after the work but I could be wrong. Anyway, overall a good visit. Thanks to Chad and the team for working on it!

  My car shopping experience with the salesman Billy at Destination Nissan on Central Ave. was stellar. He has a knack of making the car feel like its yours and showing me how to link things on the car when I had questions after my test drive with my husband. From sales, to working out the deal with Justin was exceptional. Along with meeting the Service Manager Andrew and the Sales Manager Terrance, all kept eye contact with me, the customer. They weren't distracted by anything else and genuinely wanted my husband and I happy. We got an excellent deal on my 2026 Kicks SR Premium, my first Nissan. While our deal was in progress, another gentleman came over to me to ask if I was getting a car and inquired which one. He told me this is his 6th purchase of a Nissan Rogue from here and I wouldnt find a better place. It was reassuring to hear. I will post an update after I'm able to drive the Kicks for awhile. Also, by trade, I'm a Secret Shopper for the past 35 years and it is through this lens that I can honestly recommend Destination Nissan for your car shopping needs. Be prepared for something special.
