  Life savers! A midnight call to AAA Roadside assistance and I was told an ETA time of 7-8 hours......or to call a non partner company. So I did and within 25 minutes, Chandler arrived, loaded up and had us on our way. Capital District Towing rocked it from the dispatch call, to arrival time and even cleanup with absorbent for leaked oil without missing a beat. Cancel AAA subscription and just add these guys to speed dial. No hold time, just the quick emergency roadside assistance when you need it! We appreciate you! Thank you for all you do and be safe!

  My wife and I came home from Vaca to find a flat tire on my truck, no tools! Called Capital Towing, Ed arrived within 20 min, he wrestled the spare off the truck, fought to get flat tire off, spare on, to find spare flat!!! He didnt have inboard air, so we got air from airport parking police, Ed was so concerned that we had 60 miles to drive home that he offered to come BACK on his own time to assure we could get some where to get a plug kit and air! THAT KIND OF INTEGRITY NEEDS TO BE APPLAUDED!!! THANK YOU ED! Our trip home was uneventful and the WHOLE WAY, we thanked our lucky stars that Ed was sent tonrescue us and did everything in his power to help!!

  I called for assistance when my car broke down right in the middle of the road in front of Albany Medical Center on New Scotland Avenue during rush hour and in the snow. My driver, Dylan from Capitol District Towing, arrived in under 15 minutes and had my car loaded onto the truck in about eight minutes and towed it to our mechanic in Wilton. The service was amazing, and Dylan was very friendly. It was definitely worth every single penny!
