I keep getting calls saying I owe an administrative fee after my device has been removed for over a week and when it was removed it was paid in full. I am now being harassed daily and threatened to be sent to a collection agency for the imaginary administrative fee. I do not recommend intoxoloc to anyone, go with a different service!
