  I wish they had more amenities, tire shine, shams. They provide towels but sometimes I want shiney tires too!

  I started a month ago paying a small fee compared to what I paid at the do-it-yourself car washes and all I have to do is drive through get my windows scanned and my car is clean. It's been easy convenient and by all means cheap because the cost of doing it yourself adds up to more than what I'm paying. The people there at work there are awesome personable always have a smile on their face. Thanks for everything thanks for my clean car

  Most Sierra car wash locations have superior service while others offer only a car wash only. Example on Kietzke they offer car wash and free towel dry or interior cleaning for extra payment on top of your monthly membership despite having tge most expensive membership they offer. Location on Prater doesn’t supply towels to dry off your car, no car deodorizer, despite being there half a dozen times to make things worth they charge you to vacuum your own car! Here the most expensive membership doesn’t mean much. There is a cheap no touch car wash opening up soon down the street. I might have to check them out.

  I live nearby and have been wanting to check out this car wash, it look super cool. Looks may be the only thing this place has going for it. The flashy lights and colorful building must be to distract from how low the quality is here. I paid for the cheapest wash, which was $12. That is at least an hour of work for most people in this area. Then, vacuums cost more money as well. The vacuum stall I pulled into had a hose that was held together by duct tape. And on top of it all, my car is not clean. For a basic wash I would hope to expect that all the soap and dirt is rinsed off my car. The brushes left streaks on the body too.

  This car wash is in my opinion a scam because you're going to get charged $22 a month for an unlimited car wash plan but if they see one cloud in the sky they close all of their locations which is about five locations and every one of them are an old old car wash that they bought from someone else and then they change the name and it's dirty and filthy and all the parts and machinery is all old and entering the car wash can damage the front end of your car like it did mine I have a Mercedes so the guy didn't even speak English so I just went through my insurance on it and I canceled my membership with them and I'll never go back to them again but they're unbelievable One cloud in the sky and they're closed so you can't wash your car on an unlimited plan whenever you feel like it because they're not open and for 5 months of the year they change the time so that they're only open until 5:00 p.m. so if you get off work at 5:00 p.m. you can already know that you're not getting your car washed all week long so you'll only be able to wash it on the weekends when they're super busy and then you to get through that line to get out of the place you have to get in this line that's just like a quickie dry where someone drives your car for you and then you feel like you have to pay them money so of course you're going to give them three or five or six bucks but by the time that they get to your car it's already dry because it took them 20 minutes to arrive to your car which you were like five or six cars back cuz they only put one person on that particular line so Sierra Express car washes are a scam they're overpriced and to make it worse they turn the water pressure down all year so that when you're getting your car washed they're still soap on the car it doesn't even spray off the car I've had squirt guns that squirt soap off the car better it's pathetic this place is pathetic do not get a membership at this place it's a scam okay they don't even turn the water pressure up enough to rinse the soap off of your car it's so pathetic and they don't deserve to have the amount of clients that they have and people just keep going through it but they're still soap on their car what they don't understand is if the water doesn't rinse off the soap properly then in the sun which is about 6 months of the year when it's like warmer outside and even hot outside the sun beats on the chemicals of your car surface and damages your car okay and that's how you get damaged paint and stuff like that is from the chemicals from car washes getting left behind on your vehicle so this scam company needs to turn the volume up on their water quit being cheap and allow people to get the soap off their car cuz it doesn't matter how many times you go through it on an unlimited car wash plan it's not going to get the soap off !!!
