Brand new molding $15 and glue for $10 ok understandable (not really for glue? but whatever). Confusing invoice stating 2.3 hours. I don't mind paying, but $30 came up out of the blue. I would never do that to any of my customers at my small business. That's how your business stops growing. It's not about the money. It's about being transparent. But what can I expect from a car repair shop? Dude in the back then up sold me on molding makes me question if it really need it because of the dishonestly in the first place. Then the glue on the invoice? Never said nothing about that. Then he told me sit down and I'll charge you for the 2.3 hours stated on the invoice. I just laughed it off and said "good price." For him. But this review will cost him more out of his pocket than the $30 he charged me extra. It's harder to play people that know how businesses work, amigo. It all comes back at the end.
