- JLJohn LangApr 4, 20262.0Got a full synthetic oil change They never checked my air filter my brake fluid but put that it was checked so they lied about the multiple checkpoints they did fill my washer fluid but when I asked about my brake fluid he could not get my cap off and said yeah it looks clear granted they were short staffed and a bout half way thru they got a lot of cars but then when they finally finished they drove my car out of the line and I waited about fifteen minutes before someone came and cashed me out And they didn’t even close my hood all the way I’m not happy and won’t get my oil changed there anymore

From the start, they kept trying to upsell me on a bunch of extra services and I clearly said NO multiple times. While I was sitting there, they told me my air filter was dirty and asked if I wanted it replaced. I asked for the price, then AGAIN said no and told them I only wanted my oil change and coolant topped off. Despite that, they still went ahead and added the air filter anyway. Yes, they ended up giving me the air filter for free after I caught it, but that doesn’t change the fact that they ignored what I said and added something I didn’t authorize. I’m a young adult woman, and honestly it feels like they thought they could take advantage of that and push something through hoping I wouldn’t notice. That’s not okay. Now I’m stuck waiting TWO WEEKS for a refund, and I’m not even getting the full amount back. I was charged $45 and I’m only getting $39.99 back. Why am I losing money over a mistake THEY made? This whole experience felt pushy, shady, and unprofessional. If a customer says no, that should be the end of it. I won’t be coming back, and I’d recommend others double-check everything before leaving because clearly they don’t respect your decisions.
