  Carlos is next level amazing! Hope Enterprise knows who they have. He has a district and regional/corporate demeanor. Extremely genuine, friendly, but exudes professionalism. Way to go Carlos!

  I had a great experience here. Carlos helped me get a big 6 seater car while my family was here for the holidays. I even got a discount for bringing the car back early.

  Excellent service overall. I rented a car and the staff was amazing—very polite, supportive, and easy to deal with. Made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend this rental company.

  The people were very helpful and patient with us cause we had a lil huck up but they were patient whike we got it taken care of very perfesional and good customer service and awareness. Thank you enterprise

  I would not recommend this enterprise. Very unorganized and misleading. I had a reservation for weeks before my pick up date for my rental. They kept calling me to confirm and tell me to make sure I have a credit card and Drivers license and all the things. The day of my reservation, i dropped my car off at the auto body shop and enterprise said they will send a shuttle to get me within 25 minutes. Well 25 minutes turned to 45, and then I called and they said sorry for the wait it’ll be another 15 minutes. I was already irritated because the auto body shop was only 10 minutes from the enterprise, so I could of just took an Uber if they would’ve told me it was gonna be that long of a wait, or they’re behind. They tried to accommodate me by saying we’ll just bring you the rental to the auto body shop since it’s been such an inconvenience. I’m like cool. 15 minutes goes by, still nowhere to be seen. Then someone calls me and it’s one of the employees of enterprise saying they accidentally went to the wrong location and they are on their way to me and it’ll be another 20 minutes. So I waited 2 hours for them to get me the rental car, when it was 10 minutes away and to top it off, when she got there, the car was extremely dirty because she said they didn’t have time to wash it. This was a joke!!! And it was my birthday lol. I would not recommend using them
