- KRKarina RodarteOct 12, 20251.0This place was ok at first. Then the old miserable cat lady happened. My daughters are sweet girls. They try to help the workers wherever we go. They literally will pick up a towel or broom and start cleaning. It's very odd but very sweet. We are also traditional catholic so there is absolutely no funny business. Especially with stealing which is what this rude old lady accused us of. Naturally my girls worked on the heart a for the workers that they would give hugs to and help around the store. We also have fallen on hard times and are currently homeless. We used to go here for gas and every once in awhile when I'm just too exhausted from working all day we sleep there. We also pay for gas there and get showers and buy random things. So when the workers said refills on drinks are free if we have our own cup we didn't question it. Why would we when we heard this from MULTIPLE EMPLOYEES. Well... this morning when my daughters went to use the restroom and get ready for mass and get me my coffee for after mass she yelled at my youngest daughter telling her she's stealing and that if she comes in there again she will get the cops called on her. Uh no. I don't know about other parents. You don't YELL AT MY DAUGHTER. And also. You don't get to ACCUSE anyone without proper knowledge of a crime. And you definetly dont PATRONIZE AND ACT SMUG when someone TRIES TO REPAY THE MONEY. Even if rhe accusations were false and wretched just like this woman LINDA and now I'm livid and will complain to every corporate office I can until someone listens. because this woman didn't do this because of some free drinks. She did this because we are homeless and chose the wrong establishment to get gas at. It's discrimination at its ugliest. Get rid of Karen. She is a miserable wreck and no one likes her around. And how dare she act that way with children. This time she picked the wrong babies. Our crime we committed? Being poor. And using the wrong gas station. Oh and one more thing to make this even more comical. I already have unlimited drinks for 5.00$ a month at panera bread. The only reason we even got the free refills is out of convenience so we could participate with your establishment lol!
