I’m due for another one so went to drain it and realized the over tightened the bolt and stripped it. Now I have to buy specific tools that I shouldn’t have to buy because they damaged it. After speaking with other people I know this isn’t the first time. Do not go here unless you want to deal with unnecessary problems later.
