  Very disappointed. Told them what was the problem when we dropped it off. They didn’t listen at all and diagnosed it all over again to come to the same conclusion. Problem never fixed after 4 weeks. Then charged us. Don’t take your equipment here!

  Absolutely horrible place!! They don’t fix anything, and still charge you for it!! Thanks for nothing Tracy!!!!

  Big thanks to Gregg Davis and his staff at Cummins. We “limped” into Reno a few weeks ago with reduced power and Check Engine light in our ‘22 Tiffin Red. One call to their center and told to bring coach in the next morning to analyze the problem. Tracy Krentz promptly ran the scanner and determined our fault code. Minutes later Jonathon was coming out with his creeper stating “I know exactly what’s wrong with your coach”. He confirmed we had a cracked hose supplying boosted air to the engine. “Easy fix” but they needed a slot available to fit us in. Gregg was monitoring the progress and gave us a 2 hour window that afternoon. Edgar professionally R/R 90° fitting and Jonathon inspected work and found a broken clamp on pipe into the fitting. He replaced the broken clamp plus the other support clamp. Better than from the factory!! I only wish all the shops we visit have a team like Gregg, Tracy, Edgar and Jonathon!!
