  Ron has terrible customer service and walks around like he has something up his panties. He’s so rude and when you try to correct him about something about cars he acts like he knows everything even when he’s wrong he sold me the wrong part got a alternator and a starter confused, he’s grumpy and old and he needs to retire.

  Took in a battery to get charged didn’t take my name my number or anything. Went back a few hours later and spoke to Ron and he was upset because I had bought the battery at O reilys and took it there to charge. I asked if him if it mattered where I got the battery at and he started speaking over me. Didn’t know which battery was mine. Asking what it looked it liked. Waste of time. Do better Ron and like I told you, you can’t listen if you are talking over me. Must of been having a bad day and chooses to take it out on customers

  The kid came out b and looked at car.... wipers quit working with high winds and wasn't a fix a new wiper would fix.

  I came in this morning looking for some wiper blades and not only did Caden help me find the right ones, he helped me by putting them on my car!
