  Great shop! Pictures sent to email and are given repair rating on what to get fixed. I've had multiple things repaired, due to an inherited vehicle, and will bring it back to continue getting it fixed.

  This isn't Andy's anymore. Same name new owner and a horrible one at that. Left me high and dry with thousands of dollars into an auto repair. Just refused to fix what he started. Don't risk it. Go elsewhere! Update: December 2025 I did sue the LLC Andy's Automotive. Technically Roscoe (the new owner had begun the warranty work on my car and was obligated to continue that work). The original work done by Andy, the previous owner, was an entire engine swap. The check engine light had been coming on and off since the swap. In order to access the warranty Roscoe was required to submit photos to the manufacturer. After 4 days of holding my car he didn't even do that. I contacted the manufacturerer who confirmed with me they never reieved anything. After that I was stonewalled and subsequently filed a small claims action. I sent him two demand letters, one electronically by email and one through certified mail to his front desk. Because the business had just recently transitioned ownership I was required to serve Andy as he was still the resident agent of the organization. Andy was completely unaware that the new owner had not resolved my issue. He had been told that everything had been taken care of. This in my opinion is the great distinction. Andy, who we had always previously used and trusted stepped up to the plate and repaired my vehicle at his own expense of time and money. He even rented me a car for almost four weeks. The manufacturer also neglected to honor the warranty in any meaningful way. So Andy was truly on his own and by any standards did the right thing! Roscoe on the other hand was arrogant, and condescending. His actions made it clear that he had no interest in doing the right thing. So when you a consider a mechanic consider them with caution. In this case the name Andy's Automotive is not Andy. Andy had integrity, talent, and good character when it really mattered. He took a loss on my behalf because it was the right thing to do. Roscoe, who is doing business under the good name Andy spent 30 years building is simply that; Roscoe is riding his coat tails. If you want a mechanic who wont leave you stranded find an Andy, not just in name but in character and don't use the imposter who simply bought the name but doesn't share the ethical business practices!
