A local to the area, she was kind enough to recommend the best food spots around to us after we’d just endured a long day of traveling.

  I had a great experience with Sixt. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. A special thank you to Elaina — she was absolutely the best! Extremely helpful, kind, and attentive to every detail. She made sure everything was handled perfectly and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Employees like Elaina truly make a difference. I highly recommend Sixt and sincerely appreciate the outstanding service!

  I showed up only 1 hour before my reservation and the guy behind the counter was going to charge me $46 to take the car "early". Instead of having good sense and customer service, he made me wait right on front of him while he played on his phone. Absolutely abhorrent experience.

  I had a very nice experience here. The employees were very nice at check in and at check out. I arrived about 10 minutes earlier to pick up and my car wasn't ready so the employee nicely upgraded my car size to a bigger one. When I checked for the spare tire, I didn't see one, no biggy. When I asked about it I was told the car has "200plus tires" supposedly they go up to 200miles before going flat, which I thought was pretty cool 😎 , just glad I didnt get a flat. The inside was mostly clean except for the small dusty spots, but they didn't see that as something that I would be liable for at drop off, so I just took pictures just in case I got any pushback at drop off. The main reason for the 4/5 stars is that the car had chips and dents on it at pick up and at drop off the employee receiving the car noticed one of the dents and almost dinged me for it until he noticed that it has previously been recorded. That just made me feel slightly uneasy to rent again. At least he checked and compared, but reading previous reviews makes me wonder if I will ever be next getting stuck with a big bill for damage that I didn't cause. If anything, I'd say take pictures during pick up so you have to share at drop off in case you get in a situation like this. Otherwise, they seem to have pretty nice cars and new cars too with low miles.

  I rent cars every week. Never have I had the misfortune of renting from Sixt. Terrible cx service no option for key drop forcing you to drop off during hours that don't make sense for a damn airport location. I even input my flight when I booked and never got a warning. Absolutely terrible never renting from them again. I'd rather rent on turo from some joe shmoe than a crap company like this. Edit:I payed to change my flight because I could not return the car during off hours according to customer service. When dropping off the car I see a conveniently placed key drop and the staff on site say yes you could have just dropped the keys there. I explain to a manager what happen and they just say sorry. No credit no nothing.
