  The team was super friendly, especially the lady who took payment and reset my mileage service alert, though rest of the team was friendly too. Unfortunately, the young man who checked me in and worked on my oil change from within the bay, had a bit too much going on with a car outside. So much so I was asked to turn my car on prior to the technician working below car authorized. The employee working on car on top, showed me some fluids where service was recommended, but this was done in a very dirty and dingy styrofoam cup, so while I know my brake fluid flush is due very soon, there is no way I would take recommendations at face value when presenting said fluids in the dirtiest of cups. Gave me impression the cup just sits there and is reused when attempting to sell additional services. Was also surprised no recommendations for air and cabin filters, but glad this didn’t come up anyways. Hopeful oil plug issue won’t present any problem down road, but documenting just in case. Also, the technician had an issue tightening my oil reservoir plug, so when starting the first time, oil was leaking. They confirmed cleaning up under car, from oil spill, added missing oil back, showed me the oil dipstick to confirm levels, and then was asked to restart car again.

  Got an oil change on Tuesday, walked out to my car on Wednesday to find about 2 quarts of oil under my car. Checked the oil drain plug and it was barely finger tight. Very upset.

  Got my car serviced on Thursday March 3rd. Service terrible for a total of $450 you’d expect for everything to go smoothly. When I got out of the shop my car kept stalling out when I lifted the hood I come to find that they detached my air intake and never put it back properly so my engine was sucking in hot air. The shop also smelled like pot when I drove up so it’s no wonder they “forgot” to attach it again they were probably high as a kite. Absolutely disgraceful service. Never going back there again.

  Given an appointment on line. When timely arrived, the station was closing. The attended responded, “we don’t do appointments. It is first come for served; and we close at 6:00.” This was extremely frustrating. I have taken both my cars for synthetic oil changes for years.

  Absolutely horrible service. Drop my car off for an oil change. When I drove away every sensory warning was lit up on the dashboard. I went back to ask them what happened and they said nothing we did. My car was fine prior to me dropping it off. They took absolutely no responsibility. I'm so thankful that a kind-hearted person at O'Reilly was able to fix this for me. I will never go back
