- FRFernando RivasApr 6, 20261.0We been renting cars from this location for years and never had an issue until we had to deal with the assistant manager Chris we had to change vehicles because he didn't know how to communicate the right information and didn't bother to accommodate us he was just being unprofessional I have had nothing but good things to say about this location and rented dozens of cars before this manager showed up will never rent from here again

I called and spoke to the location to share the flight was delayed and was assured they would hold the vehicle; by the time we were rebooked for a flight the next morning the office was closed. We arrived 1 hour after they opened-our reservation was cancelled even though we called and there clearly was an extreme weather event. Worst service and I will Never rent from enterprise again.
