  Michael exceed expectations for what a person would normally expect from a fast lube service establishment. Super friendly, informative and low pressure to offer additional services. I say this coming from a place of knowledge on how lube shops can operate. ( Ttwo decades ago I ran a jiffy lube so I really know the game all to well.) This location is grade A

  The guys at Lemmon Valley are the best. I love that they show you where your oil levels are on your dipstick before you drive out! But also, they’re very polite and well mannered young men!

  So i was not shown the dip stick to confirm new oil and clean oil. I did see him pump the oil in . Next oil change sticker says 53,139 miles he didnt pay attention when I told him miles were 15,139.

  11/10 this is my go to Valvoline location! The service is fast and the employees are attentive and knowledgeable. Jacob answered all my questions throughly, I love coming here I feel well taken care of every visit :)

  I've been to this location for service many times before for an oil change. And this last time will be the last. Lost all trust in this place. Headed in for a oil change on 2.27.26 in the early afternoon. Place wasn't to busy. The greeting was formal they were polite and professional. After getting all the details squared away they started the service. I was talking on my phone and not paying much attention to what they were doing. After a bit one of there techs came up and said okay go head and start the engine for the pressure test. I started the engine and noticed no oil pressure registering on the gauge and after about 10 to 15 seconds the tech said okay turn it off. Right before he said that my vehicle sounded a Alarm with a red message stating low oil no oil pressure. I immediately turned off the vehicle. And asked did you put oil in it? They check and there was no oil! They had me run my engine for 10 to 15 seconds with no oil... After the fact they perfusely apologize. They completed the service and I drove home not happy at all. When I got home I smelled a oil burning smell. I looked under the vehicle and the oil filter they put on was leaking a fair amount. It wasn't tighten all the way. So i drove it back and waited for them to fix the oil filter leak. The technician checked it and retighten it and checked the oil level. He did a great job and appreciate his professionalism and listening to what happend. The manager apologized again and handed me a card for half off the next service. This place was a good place for awhile but I dont know what happend. Either a change in procedure or all new trainees. I get it, you got to start somewhere and learn, but I would think that valvoline would have stringent training and checklists to prevent this situation. Thank God my vehicle has a oil pressure sensor and warning system or I could of drove home and seized my engine. After this experience and hopefully there mistake hasn't cause any long term damage to my engine. I will no longer be bringing my business here in fear of another miss step in there process. I made sure to have them document that they ran the engine without oil on the paperwork for documentation. I hope they can learn from this mistakes and improve there check and balances.
