- JJJaredJan 5, 20265.0Competitive prices and responsive roadside assistance. My rental’s key fob battery started dying during the rental. I was able to switch it out on Christmas Day, no problems. Not to mention Eliana HOOKED IT UP. I plan on using them anytime I need a rental. Also want to mention every staff member onsite rocked! My only recommendation is to bring customer support services stateside or allow direct contact with the branch via phone.

We are usually loyal, regular customers of other rental car company, but this time, a good deal led us to try Sixt for the first time and I’m genuinely glad it did. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, effortless, and surprisingly pleasant. The staff who assisted us during both pickup and drop-off were incredibly kind and friendly. Everything moved quickly and efficiently, without feeling rushed or impersonal. What stood out most was how seamless the shuttle service was. Both at pickup and drop-off, the shuttle was called immediately, and we never had to wait long. The shuttle itself was clean and well-maintained, which made the transition feel comfortable rather than chaotic. The vehicle selection was also impressive. There were plenty of options available, many of which appeared to be newer models. The variety of luxury car options was especially appealing and far exceeded our expectations. To be honest, we had been hesitant about Sixt in the past. We had no prior experience with the company, and the reviews were not particularly encouraging, which had always made us cautious. However, this experience completely changed our perception. What we encountered was professionalism, efficiency, and genuine customer care. This was one of those rare moments when trying something new turned out to be the better choice. I can’t speak for other locations, but based on this experience, I would choose Sixt again every time at this location.
