- JDJ DNov 12, 20251.0I used Sierra Car Wash a couple of times before, however the last time I went in there they broke the touchscreen/radio in my car and their employee even took a video of it failing to respond after they cleaned it. I filled out their report and didn't hear anything for almost 2 weeks when I was told I'd hear back in 3-4 days. After this I went and got a quote to get it repaired thinking they would do the right thing. almost a month after getting the quote to them I didn't hear anything so I reached back out to the manager I was working with. Now they are telling me they didn't do anything wrong and there is no proof it ever worked, meanwhile I had used the touchscreen TO GET THERE to get my car washed the day they broke it! Now I will have to file an insurance claim with my insurance company and make them go after these clowns. DO NOT EVER GO HERE.

I asked him to meet me halfway for doing half ass work as he could not meet me halfway I told him he can keep the charity. The detailed job was a quick vacuum and they only wiped what could be seen from standing up They embedded the plastic vendors with rubbing compound and sent the vehicle out with big white streaks They did tire shine on the trim over dirt so that had to be scrubbed off and reapplied There were several Areas that the buffing compound was not removed they wiped it prematurely before the wax had time to dry The back window was not cleaned. His argument was that I had a spare tire carrier on it. This work was done to a jeep Wrangler two door. It has very flat panel panels and really easy to clean. I will not be going back to Sierra car wash
