- BYBranden Yandell3 days ago2.0Not from the area also Was not aware of how bad snow and salt would be on my vehicle but when you pay for a car wash you expect it to be clean. I went true the wash and it came time to dry my car and myself and an employe notice it was still dirty. The employe then sent me back in line for a rewash where I was declined. The original employe seemed to be upset with this and cleaned my car by hand entell the cashier I believe his name was Jim or Jimmy came out and yelled at the young man washing my car. I payed for a washed car and if it wasn't for the employe that seemed to get in trouble my car would have stayed dirty. For the employe that helped me 5 out of 5 but as of the wash and cashier boy that proble needs to not blow clouds of vape and bad breath at customers 🤮🤢 ill give a 2 just wash your car yourself might save you money and time WILL NEVER RETURN!!

Called them and talked to a girl that said I will get a call soon from that location. Never received a call back. Called again and to voice mail 4 times with no return call back. Now my truck looks like crap and I'm stuck with it. I will never go back. I wouldn't recommend anybody does.

- GSGail SparksDec 11, 20251.0Detailing was not good at all. I pointed out my rims still covered in brake dust. He tried showing me it wouldn't come off. I took my finger and showed him otherwise. I asked for a cloth so I could wipe them off. He started wiping. Got part of it off then started talking to me in Spanish. Didnt touch the other ones that needed wiping off also. The inside was just as bad. A vacuum and fast wipe out. Still dirt and dust in areas. My windows are worse now than they were when I came in. This place USED to be good. I wonder if they are ALL like this half ass crap. I payed for a membership that includes only I inside cleaning. I'm not coming back to have the other half done next month. What a rip off!! Way overpriced for the job that was done.

He does everything possible to discourage you from getting the included full service monthly wash. He takes joy in saying you missed the cutoff or it will be a 2 hour wait. He is rude and condescending. The team that does the inside leave trash, don't vacuum well and overall do a terrible job! I am cancelling my monthly membership based on this location. I have spoken with the manager in the past but he lacks understanding and just brushes off constructive criticism.
