  Used to be fantastic. Now they don’t give you towels to dry your car anymore. They raised their price again.

  This car wash is in my opinion a scam because you're going to get charged $22 a month for an unlimited car wash plan but if they see one cloud in the sky they close all of their locations which is about five locations and every one of them are an old old car wash that they bought from someone else and then they change the name and it's dirty and filthy and all the parts and machinery is all old and entering the car wash can damage the front end of your car like it did mine I have a Mercedes so the guy didn't even speak English so I just went through my insurance on it and I canceled my membership with them and I'll never go back to them again but they're unbelievable One cloud in the sky and they're closed so you can't wash your car on an unlimited plan whenever you feel like it because they're not open and for 5 months of the year they change the time so that they're only open until 5:00 p.m. so if you get off work at 5:00 p.m. you can already know that you're not getting your car washed all week long so you'll only be able to wash it on the weekends when they're super busy and then you to get through that line to get out of the place you have to get in this line that's just like a quickie dry where someone drives your car for you and then you feel like you have to pay them money so of course you're going to give them three or five or six bucks but by the time that they get to your car it's already dry because it took them 20 minutes to arrive to your car which you were like five or six cars back cuz they only put one person on that particular line so Sierra Express car washes are a scam they're overpriced and to make it worse they turn the water pressure down all year so that when you're getting your car washed they're still soap on the car it doesn't even spray off the car I've had squirt guns that squirt soap off the car better it's pathetic this place is pathetic do not get a membership at this place it's a scam okay they don't even turn the water pressure up enough to rinse the soap off of your car it's so pathetic and they don't deserve to have the amount of clients that they have and people just keep going through it but they're still soap on their car what they don't understand is if the water doesn't rinse off the soap properly then in the sun which is about 6 months of the year when it's like warmer outside and even hot outside the sun beats on the chemicals of your car surface and damages your car okay and that's how you get damaged paint and stuff like that is from the chemicals from car washes getting left behind on your vehicle so this scam company needs to turn the volume up on their water quit being cheap and allow people to get the soap off their car cuz it doesn't matter how many times you go through it on an unlimited car wash plan it's not going to get the soap off !!!

  Didn't fully dry my car and then sprayed tire shine on the wheels and tires that disappeared by the next morning. Lazy and poor quality control

  I got a free wash voucher after getting service on my vehicle at Nissan. My car is not even clean and when I tried to clean it myself I was told I couldn't and it was suggested that I ask the cashier to run it through again. The cashier denied my request and said with the free coupon that's all I get is to run it through one time and leave. I even offered to pay for what would have been $28 for the full service but was told it would be a 2 hour wait. I will never return there and now I have to go pay a different car wash to simply get the exterior of my car cleaned. Had they done right by me, I would have gone back, missed opportunity for sure.

  Not from the area also Was not aware of how bad snow and salt would be on my vehicle but when you pay for a car wash you expect it to be clean. I went true the wash and it came time to dry my car and myself and an employe notice it was still dirty. The employe then sent me back in line for a rewash where I was declined. The original employe seemed to be upset with this and cleaned my car by hand entell the cashier I believe his name was Jim or Jimmy came out and yelled at the young man washing my car. I payed for a washed car and if it wasn't for the employe that seemed to get in trouble my car would have stayed dirty. For the employe that helped me 5 out of 5 but as of the wash and cashier boy that proble needs to not blow clouds of vape and bad breath at customers 🤮🤢 ill give a 2 just wash your car yourself might save you money and time WILL NEVER RETURN!!
