I came in with a question about my monthly payment and was assisted by an employee with a long beard who refused to provide his name. Unfortunately, he was extremely rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help. When I asked to speak with a manager, he stated that he was the manager. I then asked for his name, which he refused to give. I found this behavior very unprofessional and unacceptable. It is disappointing to encounter such treatment, especially from someone representing a company with such a strong reputation. Customers seeking help should be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the situation. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to address this issue. I also hope this individual receives appropriate coaching on how to communicate respectfully with customers who simply need assistance. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. The service is great, and the staff always do an good job cleaning the cars. The only thing I would suggest is adding some cover or shade in the area where the employees are working. It’s tough to see them out there under the sun or bad weather, and providing shelter would make things more comfortable for them and show even more care for both staff and customers.

Then they charged me $36.95 instead of $22 as agreed. When I tried to cancel the service they refused to refund my money! What a scam!!!
