- JSjesse smithFeb 26, 20261.0Safelite has been extremely disappointing throughout this entire process. My passenger side window was smashed, and I have now been rescheduled three separate times. The first delay was understandable due to the storm. However, the second and third reschedules were caused by their inability to confirm whether the glass was actually in stock. For the third appointment, I was specifically told all parts had arrived, only to receive a call 30 minutes before my appointment saying they still did not have the glass. It is clear they have no reliable system for tracking their inventory, and there is very little transparency with customers. The next available appointment they offered was another week out, which means I will have been without a proper window for over two and a half weeks. This experience has been frustrating and inconvenient, and certainly not the “easy button” they advertise.
