When he arrived, he called to let me know he was outside, inspected my car, and explained everything clearly. Since it was raining, he let me know he could still work, but would have to stop if the rain got heavier. I asked if I could move my car to my parents’ house because they have a garage, and he agreed. He even followed me there so he could complete the job. That was extremely helpful and speaks to the great service he provided. Not many companies go above and beyond like that—most would have asked me to reschedule. Thank you for everything.
