I stopped by to get gas and attempted to pay using tap, which I know this location typically accepts—that’s one of the reasons I choose to come here. However, when the payment didn’t go through, the cashier on duty (a blonde woman wearing glasses) was extremely rude and dismissive. I explained that I had verified my balance beforehand and believed the issue was with the payment machine, but her attitude and tone were unnecessarily disrespectful. I’ve always enjoyed visiting this Maverik because of its convenience and service, but this experience really diminished my impression of the store. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer interactions, as I would like to continue being a loyal customer. Thank you for your time and attention.

An outsourced company checks clients (every transaction), a privacy act for company management is something unnecessary and not mandatory. I haven't seen such crap for a long time. And the usability of the application and site... where do they find such wretched people?
