  So I go in to get some coffee and use the Ladies Room but the bathroom is locked so I ask the cashier if there's a key or code to use for the RR he says no my partner is in there cleaning the bathroom . Ok so I wait about 10 mins and ask the cashier again and he goes and checks and says ok 1 sec he's almost done ! Ok. So the other cashier comes out the Ladies Room and tells me sorry I haven't swept yet but go ahead! I go in and there's some lady in the handicapped stall with a sleeping bag clothes all over the floor the bathroom had not been cleaned at ALL there was TP everywhere trash on the floor the toilets were dirty the garbage was overflowing there was tp and wrappers all around the sink! So whatever the other cashier was doing he sure wasn't CLEANING THE BATHROOM!!! SMH WONT BE COMING HERE FOR COFFEE ANYMORE!!

  The staff maintain a calm and friendly atmosphere despite operating in one of Reno's worst neighborhoods! Please give these staff members a raise as they have to deal with difficult customers every day!

  I have always liked Maverick in all of the areas of Reno that I have lived before. However, now I live off of Keystone and I'm stuck going to the Maverick on 4th Street. They get 1 star because their food is good and I like their App. That's relative to misery I endure 90% of the time. The cashiers are argumentative and rude. I wish I could always go to self-check because I'm better at their job than they are. I go in there daily and there isn't a day that they don't mess something up and can't fix it. The majority of them don't know how to print the last receipt. They asked me to leave my bag behind the counter although I've told them that I have medications in their. One time my bag was taken and no one even care to look around. Today I went in to get a soda and use the restroom to check my blood sugar and take my insulin but melody refused to allow me to take my bag into the restroom. When I explained why I needed to take it, in front of all the customers, she told me to go somewhere else. When I told her my bag has been taken before, she remarked that she highly doubted it, basically calling me a liar. There is always some situation in there that ruins my day, so I suppose I'm going to take her advice and just go somewhere else. Keystone Market will have to suffice
