  After months of headaches with my trailer at other shops, I finally brought it to Kro-Built and couldn’t be happier. They quickly and efficiently installed a brand-new leaf spring axle, put on the correct size brakes with the proper weight-rated axle, and removed the old undersized, welded-on setup that had been giving me nothing but trouble. The whole process was done fairly, professionally, and with no wasted time. It’s such a relief to finally have the work done right the first time. I highly recommend Kro-Built for anyone looking for honest, skilled, and reliable trailer repair or upgrades!

  All of the guys were extremely friendly, and professional. They were able to completely repair my old boat trailer that hadn't been moved in over 15 years. Communication was fantastic and the whole process was extremely easy. Shoutout to Logan

  4th generation local. Bought some wire, 20 ft for $76. I asked the clerk for help on the wire and got a rude, mildly sarcastic, and unhelpful response. Saw the same wire on Amazon, 100ft for $52. I expect to pay more than amazon and completely support the value of a human that provides expertise, and the local economy. 500% of the price with no customer service is just not ok. Also the chain at the entrance is just not inviting. Local business' does not get a free card to price gouge and be rude, but just the opposite. Be fair, charge a bit more, be inviting and provide expertise and we will support you, if you don't do that we wont support you.

  Did a complete suspension up grade on my toy hauler, but forgot to reattach brake electrical wires! Resulted in me having to make return visit. Only sorries, but no compensation for my inconvenience!@@#
