Two days before my service is booked an appointment for oil change, tire rotation, and spark plugs. I received email confirmations for these services. When I got to the shop, there was no record of my booking, and I was told this location doesn't do spark plugs. People shouldn't be able to book services at a location that doesn't do those services.
