- DSDavid StaleyJan 5, 20265.0I had just left worse Walmart automotive experience ever, they are pretty bad at taking appoinments and not being ready. I went 15 min early and went to check in, the person in charge asked be to drive my car to bay 3 and stand outside and wait for him. When he came out he said he couldnt service my car as Walmart doesnt carry the oil filter for my 1996 Lincoln and I would have to bring my own parts if I needed work done on it. There is more but the bottom line he wasnt going to make any effort to help me & wasnt nice about it. I drove over to Jiffy Lube and Nathaniel and Edger had had none of the above problems and serviced my car as professionals that are serious about doing a great job. I was pretty upset but they made it a different experience that helps me believe there are still good people that care about what they are doing. Thank you! David Staley
