I brought in my 2018Cadillac XT5 After another garage told me I needed the thermostat replacement and quoted me an extremely high price This shop took the time to run proper diagnostics and was completely honest with me. They explained that my thermostat did not need to be replaced at all saving me a significant and unnecessary expense. They could’ve easily charged me for work that wasn’t needed, but they didn’t. it’s rare to find an automotive shop that is this transparent, trustworthy, and customer focused. I truly appreciate their integrity and professionalism and will absolutely return for future service. Highly recommend.

Only time will tell if the work was done properly but still, I don't have a reason to doubt their work. Henry and Tom are both awesome and truly appreciate them for the last-minute urgent request.
