Insurance coordinated the rental and Enterprise Rent-A-Car was well represented by Glen, Jennifer and Megan. Jennifer immediately contacted me about their availability. I briefly mentioned it may take a while for me to get to their location without a car. She picked up on it and there was a new car with a very pleasant and efficient driver, Glen, outside my apartment complex within 15 minutes. Their location is easy to get to as it is central and along several routes - we were there in no time. Jennifer had it all set up so checking in was easy. There were a few cars to choose from, which Megan helped with. It happened to be pouring rain at that time and she was so professional that she stood outside the car. Of course I let her know it was perfectly acceptable if she preferred to get in out of the weather. It made using the tablet easier anyways. Altogether, I was driving off the lot with all the paperwork complete within 20 minutes.
