  Miranda and Joshua are amazing and a great example of what customer service should be. The way they are able to handle a full lobby and nonstop phone calls all while meeting everyone’s needs and expectations is amazing. Thank you for the making my first time getting a car rental an easy and stress-free transaction! If you are looking for a rental place I highly recommend coming to this location.

  I had a rental vehicle from Enterprise that leaked oil in my driveway, causing a mess and potential damage. I reached out multiple times to management to resolve the issue but received little to no response. When I was eventually put in contact with Kyle Yamada, the District Manager from the Mill Street location, the interaction was extremely disappointing. Instead of helping resolve the issue, his behavior was aggressive and intimidating, which made the situation much worse. This was not the level of professionalism I expect when trying to address a legitimate customer concern. I am still seeking accountability for the oil leak damage and believe this situation could have been handled far more professionally. Based on my experience, customer service and issue resolution at this location need serious improvement.

  Enterprise has always been my go to for rental cars. I haven't rented a car in years and was pleasingly surprised to have to use them again and there was no bunch of hassles going on. Thank you enterprise, thank you for listening to my request and getting me in the right car for me.

  All right I reserved a reservation for Enterprise and I was told all I needed was a debit card are major credit card which I told him I did not have but going to 1105 Mill Street in Reno was The nightmare almost impossible to rent a car from them 😭 had to jump through a lot of hula hoops just to rent a stupid vehicle they wanted 2 proof of of residency which nobody has bills everything is done online I had an email of my power bill that had my physical address they still needed a second residency something that showed my physical which apparently your driver's license doesn't work so I had to call my insurance company for proof of insurance it's a nightmare because they've had so many bad experiences with people doing different stuff to their vehicles I was a long time truck rental rented trucks all the time now you have to have a major credit card which a lot of people don't and it's just a nightmare with Enterprise dealing with these people very disappointed plan to go elsewhere
