In September 2023 we arrived to be told that the car we had rented was unavailable and we were stranded. They advised they would call us the next day when they had a car and would reimburse us for our uber drive, which was $120 one way. We needed a car desperately as we had some traveling to do and ended up needing to take our daughter to a clinic daily for antibiotic injections. We ended up spending an outrageous amount of money on Ubers and never received a call about our rental. We have spent almost 2 years trying to be adequately compensated and have not received anything. I would never recommend this location as they are liars and do not live up to what they say, like refunding expenses due to their lack of planning and follow up. There were cars there for rental and they just simply never called us back during our trip.
