Upon arriving at the airport we were told not only that they had rented out all their SUV’s but the kiosk lady told us she didn’t care what corporate said and would not honor our free rental days we had accrued. She kept interrupting us to the point we had to walk away we were so angry. Now we’re sitting on the side of the road paying $200 extra for chains because she wouldn’t listen. Kept trying to put us in a FWD sedan and straight up LIED telling us the car we got was AWD. Guess what, it’s not! Will never rent through you guys again.

There was a snowstorm that required all vehicles to use chains, I called requesting swapping of vehicles so I could continue my trip. I’m told on the one everything is good, I get there and The lady that was working was extremely rude and told me that they would not give me a vehicle, and she didn’t care what the corporate customer service people said. Then to make things worse, I called several times to speak with upper management, they ask day the same thing, they promise to make it right and then don’t call back
