I called and spoke to the location to share the flight was delayed and was assured they would hold the vehicle; by the time we were rebooked for a flight the next morning the office was closed. We arrived 1 hour after they opened-our reservation was cancelled even though we called and there clearly was an extreme weather event. Worst service and I will Never rent from enterprise again.
