    Chris Moro and the whole team here are honestly amazing. I'm a 44 year old single mom of the last almost 19 years. I moved to Reno a little over a year ago and recently embarked on a new car buying adventure because I knew it was time. I originally went with Lithia Hyundai and what they did was awful. In so many ways. Great Basin CU rec'd Chris and so I reached out. Over the course of a few days we went over many options and ultimately found one that would work amazing for now AND provide a road for me to get into what I really want later on down the line. But for now -- I have an amazing car, fully protected and it will allow me to grow into so much more down the road. Chris never lied to me or sold me a story --- neither did any of the team at Enterprise. They ALL showed up --- worked hard for me -- and locked down what I needed. I 1,000% will go back in a year to get my next car from them and will tell every single person I know to go here. Thank you so much for your honesty, your HUMANESSS in the process and for going to bat for me. In an industry that is riddled with a lack of all of these things --- you all are raising the bar. Thank you -- a million times over.

    I couldn’t believe how easy this process was! This is the first car I have purchased on my own without a co-signer so I was apprehensive to say the least. Todd made it so great for me! He helped me to make the right decision and to do so stress-free! I traded in my old car thinking that I wouldn’t be able to get a new car that I liked very much due to my credit and budget. I was wrong! I love my new car and I appreciate the support that I received upon expressing how worried I was. Todd showed me options I never knew I had and actually even taught me things I needed to learn about the process! He was so patient and kind with my hundred questions! I would not buy a car anywhere else! I am so happy and grateful for the experience I had with Todd and Carlos. I will be sending people I know their way for sure! Thank you so much you guys!

    I have used Enterpise Rent a Car on Mill several times to avoid the airport fees and that is a mistake. Everytime renting here has taken 30-40 minutes to actually get the vehicle, waiting in their lobby. Even when you pre-confirm your arrival online. Service is vague and constantly apologizing, because they know they are making everyone wait, but no one fixes the problem. There is much more to complain about, but safe to say I am not renting here again and warning overs to stay away.

    Had my second experience buying a car here a few days ago, and it was great! Joseph helped my sister and I get her new car. He was transparent about the options within her budget, and wasn't pushy just informative, which was super appreciated. He walked us through the buying process step by step, with kindness, patience and grace. I always try to recommend people to come here before competitors, because I really think its the best bang for your buck, and there's no sleazy staff. Really grateful for our experience!
