  Too bad sales staff do not acknowledge customers. We are well qualified buyers and could not even get staff acknowledge us. No they were not busy offices seemed staffed. Receptionist was busy scrolling on phone.

  One star too many. I cannot express how disappointed I am in this business. I bought my first RV here over a year and a half ago and as of today I have not been able to use it. It has been In and Out of service numerous times and it has not yet been repaired. The first three times I took it in were to repair damage caused in the lot; from those visits more items kept coming back defective, like the brake lights, the fridge, gas valves, etc. The Service team dropped the ball every single time I was asked to bring in the RV for the repair; they either ordered the wrong part, did not submit the claim properly, were missing information, or simply forgot to do anything about it FOR MONTHS!!! It was absolutely ridiculous getting a call from Travis at the service department and giving me a different excuse as to why a year and a half later my RV was still not fully operational. I took the RV in more than 6 times, meaning I had to take off work and spend hours in the service department only to be told again and again that the repairs were not completed, done wrong, or something else had broken. I would not recommend anyone to buy from this place, they do not honor their word, they just drag their feet and come up with all sorts of excuses, they are full of empty promises. Last time I was there, the fridge was finally replaced, but unfortunately the repairs took over a year that the original fridge was no longer available and I got a smaller one. I was promised that the gap around the fridge would get covered with trim to avoid such eye sore. Well... as expected, it did not happen, on the contrary, the wood around that area was damaged, chipped and broken. I was again promised it would be fixed and 2 months later I have not gotten any update on that, I have to constantly call or email but no solutions as to when or how. I understand being busy and letting things slip through the cracks occasionally but this was far beyond a slip, they simply do not care, it has been over a year and a half of headaches, calls, trips, and disappointments. Additionally, their customer service lady lacks customer service skills, she's rude, talks over you, has zero patience or manners to discuss the issues you are calling about. If I knew I was going to get this bad of a service, I would have never gone to them.
