Seemed like a solid trailer until we found out with a full load of hay that there was no center pin on one spring pack on one of the axles. Needless to say we have been getting the run around on the warranty for replacement of the axle as it shifted and bent. We will never buy another trailer from this company again. Buyer beware

(2) The only reason they’re still in business is because they’re selling Big Tex name not because of the quality of service!
