It was very easily found on the site. For my part I didn't write down the part number. I guess that was my mistake. When I called the store the guy said they don't carry it. I said that's kinda weird because it's on your website. I asked if it might help if I had the part #? In a very condescending tone the guy said " you have the part # ? Maybe you should have started with that." I let that comment slide and began looking up the part # for him. When I gave him the # he repeated... " maybe you should have started with that." Now I'm not parts counter guy, but I'm pretty sure with the same 15 seconds it took me to look up the part he could have done the same without the attitude and disregard for customer service. Autozone you might want to have a little training session with your employees. We are a small company with 7 trucks and several other pieces of equipment that need constant service. We will be buying from O'Reilly from now on.
- THTommie Jean HullOct 22, 20225.0I asked for the holy in the store to check my car with his code reader to find out what was wrong with my car and why it was showing a check engine warning light. Unfortunately it means that I have to buy a new Cadillac converter however at least now I know and it didn't cost me a dime. The guy was really nice about it and as soon as he could he came right out to my car and plugged it in and it told me what I needed to know. So hopefully I'll be able to pass my emissions test so that I can do what it takes to register the vehicle.!
