  I was trying to replace a faulty alternator today and had to deal with I’m assuming was the manager lady who was super rude and unhelpful made me feel like I was inconveniencing her buy making her do a replacement i suggested not going here if you have the chance

  It's a bit hit or miss. One time I've been here it was super positive. The guys were helpful. But I was returning some parts (completely unopened. I found them cheaper somewhere else. Just haven't found time to return them. Within 30 days). The guy helping me was inspecting them so harshly like he could find a reason to deny it. Like unnecessarily close to the items. $10 is not worth stealing. He acted weird passing me off to a different coworker? His system "couldn't do it". Why didn't he say it at the start? He saw it was cash. He didn't act like this to the man after me asking for help. I don't like being treated like a criminal over $10. I understand being skeptical but the package was completely untouched. Not scratched at all. It left a terrible impression.

  Karsten was extremely helpful and efficient. He replaced my old battery, checked everything else, and had my car running great—all within my lunch break. Excellent customer service!
