  Tyler (the manager) that works in the morning does not want to help anyone at all. Has a bad attitude & bad customer service.

  Went down to replace the battery in my vehicle. Met with Karen Ramirez she was kind, generous, very knowledgeable and very professional about her job.She went above and beyond to helped me out with picking out the best battery that would work out for my vehicle. She even let me borrow some tools so I was able to change it out in the parking lot. A+++ customer service.The store was super busy but I felt welcomed and never rushed. The whole team was great !

  Thank you Sean for always taking such thoughtful care on all my car questions. It can be difficult to find people who respect women who don’t know anything about cars, but Sean is always so kind and patient. This is the best location and I will keep coming here!

  I took back a obsensor cost me 190 when box was opened it was not a new one I took it back I bought on a gift card that u couldn't return and get back on card I explained the guy was not helpful at all he said he had to send it back to the card and I'm mad about it has been 3 months so I went back in there and told them they said they had no record of it being sold yeah right .I know as a fact anyway I have not seen my money back they have people stealing parts and they work there or money I'm not sure but it is bs

  I am an elderly woman and I called to ask if I buy a cabin filter if they could install it. The person said “ no we don’t install parts, you just have to take off your glove box and install it yourself, you’re just being lazy.” Totally unprofessional!! I will never buy from here if they continue to hire rude disrespectful people. BTW and so you know, the picture of me is an old one.
