I have a used 5th whee that I am trying to sell. after seeing the Camping World advertising boasting that they buy and sell more than any other dealership I decided to give them a try. they were very cordial when I arrived and talked to the sales manager. The approximation of an offer was lower than i wanted but not surprising. Camping world sent someone out to look at the trailer which was a drive to get to, I appreciated that. after it was inspected I was told that it was very clean and the interior was in excellent condition. The exterior had a couple of very minor tear in the material on the edge of the roof no leaking. I had preemptivly apply some sealing tape to those areas as a precaution but they could easily be repaired. then he said there was delamination of the fiberglas in one area, again a very small area that can easily be repaired. I felt like we would be able to make a deal that would be a win win. then they called me and said that there were patches in the roof which there are not and in order to sell the unit they would have to replace the whole roof. Ridiculous! the offer was 1/2 of what they originally quoted. I will never walk onto a camping world lot again for any reason and will tell all of my RV freinds about the experience. A huge waste of time and insulting on top of it.

Do not waste your time! I rarely do that, but it probably worth sharing with you our experience. We came to look at RVs. We have Sprinter cargo van 2023 in perfect condition, 4400 miles, AWD with lots of upgrades. We are looking to sell it and buy 22-24 ft RV. Folks at the dealership said that we can use it as a trade in. We were originally planning 4x4 and were ready to trade Sprinter and give additional $25K. Here is our experience: 1. We’ve seen quite a few RVs - thanks for that - and settled on 22’ 2WD (which originally we were not even remotely planning to buy). The manager said he will make it work. 2. We’ve spent enormous amount of time waiting, and the team came back with an offer that was over $40K or so. Plus a lot of talks how difficult is to figure out the trade in value. 3. We tried to leave, but were stopped. We were offered $35K. We did a test drive (thanks for that) and offered $33k. 4. Another hour. We were already OK with $35k, but apparently the price was, actually, $40k. So we left after spending probably good 4 hours there. Why waste our time and time of the staff? What is all that used car salesmanship? Back to nineties? Nickel and dime? Lie in a hope that the customer won’t notice? By the way - this RV had already 2k miles on it - used for all practical purposes. This is on top of all the other nonsense promises from your sales guy. 3.5 min on a job. No idea what he is talking about… Kid left to do the man’s/woman’s job… - Solar panels (clearly not there)… - Starlink or something similar included (pretty much the same). Obviously, we know what is and what is not. Strongly recommended to check your Customer’s background before trying all that - two professional engineers. Your “sales guy” could not even figure out that the electrical step is simply not working (it was really fun to watch him calling his manager for something that took me 2 min to figure out). Could have been fun to buy and take you to the to the court. Most likely, we will buy that very RV from Camping World, but not from you! Have fun talking to your Head Office Really nice sales job.

Sales person 044375 was really rude and unprofessional and seem like she didn't want to help me told me to actually order my product online because she didn't want to do the price match that they had their online price with and she told me to just go ahead and order it online that she didn't want to do the price match very unprofessional this experience happened on a Wednesday at 12:30 in the afternoon only one other customer in the store and she made it seem like I was bothering her.

Wife and I went out looking for a new camper to possibly get we got paired with Randy told him what are wants were and he spent alot of time with us showed us a ton of great campers and the best part was NOT once did he try to push us into anything the whole time he was more of a friend helping out and not some salesman that I would have walked away from. If you want a great guy that is a huge help go talk to him. Thanks again for the patience and help Randy.

Incompetence, lack of time perspective and poor communication seem to be the order of the day at this store. I wish I could give zero stars. The final straw after a horrible service (not warranty by the way, $190 an hour out of my pocket) where I pulled away with a broken cable for the safety on my Andersen hitch and a dead battery in my 5th wheel, was standing at the part counters watching your employee stare blankly into the screen for a count of at least 120 seconds or more after confirming that yes, they have located my account. That’s a long time. Your computer system shouldn’t take that long to determine if I’ve ordered something and it's been paid for. It’s ridiculous. Its 2026. It was a simple transaction. It would be faster if they did everything on paper. This is how bad their computer system and the people using it are. Service, Parts and even the store manager are horrible. He talks incessantly; a habitual time waster. He talks just to hear his own voice and if you got the employees away from him, I'm sure they'd tell you he NEVER shuts up and talks about everything BUT work. The whole store and the people running it are like a bad Tarantino movie. Unprofessional, smoking in front of customers, bad hygiene; the list does go on. DON'T GO HERE!! YOU WILL HAVE REGRETS!
