  I rented a car from Enterprise in Pahrump for a three week cross country journey to visit family in Florida for the holidays. Before booking the rental, my wife and I stopped by the office and spoke to Natasha to ask about what is involved in a cross country rental, which would be over 5,000 miles. She explained the unlimited mileage policy and asked me to call her when I booked so she could make sure they’d have the right car for me, which they did. The car was in excellent condition and had been cleaned thoroughly inside and out. Upon pick up Matt did a walk around the car with me documenting minor scrapes and scratches and giving me piece of mind that everything was documented. I’ve never had such great service like this when renting cars in the past. I can’t say enough good things about Enterprise in Pahrump in terms of value for the rental and the helpfulness of the people who work there. Thank you.

  Just love the people who work at Enterprise, my business with them was perfect and easy , and would definitely recommend Enterprise to everyone , always make your own choice on a business .

  Trying to understand why we were charged an extra day when it was turned in on the 21 by the time agreed upon in the signed paper work. Yet getting charged an extra day?

  Part 1 WARNING, PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT RENTING A VEHICLE FROM THE ENTERPRISE PAHRUMP LOCATION. #1 Make sure you have a copy of your reservation. Keep it, do not throw it away until your rental is returned and paid for. #2 Make sure you read and have a paper copy of your rental agreement. #3 Make sure you check your return agreement. They will change the price on you. #4 Make sure they don’t charge you extra for fee that you should not be charged. Gas, time etc. #5 Make sure they don’t change dates to get extra money out of you. #5 They will try to get more money out of you when they do not have the size of the car you reserved. They cannot do this. They need to upgrade you into whatever they have. If there is anyone out there that has been defrauded by this location, please contact me I will be collecting document from other customers that have been defrauded by the Pahrump Enterprise location. So far, I have a few and I’m positive there will be a whole lot more coming my way. I rented a vehicle on a week-to-week basis@ $269.63 due to my car broke down and I was looking to buy a vehicle. I was told by the Manager Miguel not to worry that he would honor the weekly rate. Miguel told me after 4 weeks I would need to come in and rewrite the contract. I returned after the 4th week to rewrite the contract. Unfraternal Miguel was no longer there, he was transferred to a Las Vegas location. The representative that was there was going to charge me a little over $50 more a week. I explained to him that I was told by Miguel that he would honor my weekly rate. I asked the representative to call Miguel the representative told me he did not know what location Miguel went to. (Lie #1). The representative said he could change the rate to $272.48. I was fine with that. I then asked for my recite from the previous 4 weeks. When I looked at my recite, I noticed there was a charge for 1 hr. over time and a charge for gas. I arrived on time, however there were four other clients in front of me. I explained to the representative that I should not have been charged overtime since I was there on time. And since I was not returning the vehicle, I should not be charged for gas. Madder of fact he never went to the car to check it, because I gave him the milage on the vehicle.
