    Both ends of the one way rental very smooth. Only thing I would change is basic model vehicle for one with more basic features.

    Do Not Rent here! Would you like a list of ineptitude that personifies this particular location besides the fact that they bill you for the wrong amount or they never answer the phone or not to mention the non appearance of professional service. I have been renting with enterprise for 15 years and I am so done because of this experience. Don’t bother trying to call ,

    A vehicle was set as reserved, then told not available and placed on a waitlist! This affected schedule work/plans and unexpected anxiety and stress in just a short time for pickup. Also told at the last minute, the location doesn’t no longer pick up the customers. At the extreme last minute told a vehicle was available, around to the location and the vehicle was out for a car wash and gas fill up. Never had an issue with Enterprise prior, definitely dropped the ball during this experience. Not sure if I will do business with them next time.

    The prices are a bit high. The employees were helpful, the policy that you need to give a 200 deposit if you are using a debit card is kinda BS. I can see doing that if you have never rented from them before but not every time. They do give the deposit back asap after returning the car.
