Before booking the rental, my wife and I stopped by the office and spoke to Natasha to ask about what is involved in a cross country rental, which would be over 5,000 miles. She explained the unlimited mileage policy and asked me to call her when I booked so she could make sure they’d have the right car for me, which they did. The car was in excellent condition and had been cleaned thoroughly inside and out. Upon pick up Matt did a walk around the car with me documenting minor scrapes and scratches and giving me piece of mind that everything was documented. I’ve never had such great service like this when renting cars in the past. I can’t say enough good things about Enterprise in Pahrump in terms of value for the rental and the helpfulness of the people who work there. Thank you.
